Good day, I bought a handbag and watch from Guess Centurion for my fiance's Christmas present.i asked the sales lady if I could come in and swop it if she didn't like it and they said it was fine.i went back on Friday to have it changed and they told me I needed the receipt which I misplaced due to the holiday rush. I told them I can show them the bank Sms and my statement to prove that it was paid for and they blatantly refused, with no solutions or understanding.there is nothing displayed regarding returns policy and considering I asked if I could come and exchange it, I feel this is unfair. Is there anyone at Guess that will be able to help me exchange the handbag or am I stuck, please can someone help me
