Worst store eve

I purchased a top. And it started to opened. When I took it back the manager refused to be sweet and caring. He raised his voice infront of people. And he was trying to accuse me of removing the cotten from the top. I then got angry and gave him mouth. But still to I work in a finance company and the client is always right no matter what. The head office and area manager couldn't do nothing about the problem. NB Terrible store, never going back there!!!
