Very bad service

I was @ Edgars festival mall and I was assisted by a very rude service consultant by the name of Lerato Mohlala, actually the word rude cannot explain that girl's behaviour, she attacked me when I was asking fr the perfume price, and she told me about her degree, I guess she felt undermined by me asking for a perfume price of wich I do not understand why she is standing on that cosmetics department if she doesn't want customers to ask prices from her, worse part of it she even said I must be glad she was @ work, I guess she wanted to physically attack me, I'm very dissapointed by this behaviour and I'm actually thinking of laying a charge coz I feel asulted by this girl, Edgars festival mall please do something about this..
