Truworths sandton city, should be renamed to Crookworths.. I have never experienced such a lousy customer experience. On the 29th March 2013 I booked in my watch, which was coming in for the 2nd time in a period of 3months problem being it loses time & date. Ever since I booked my watch in, in march, I have yet receive any feedback or whatsoever regarding the standing matter. So between the 29th or 30th May 2013, I took it upon myself to find what progress was made regarding my issue Truworths a.k.a Crookworths. I don't know if this particular store harbour incompetent and lazy staff or is it that they could also be overburdened possibly, the returns of products to that store. Which ever the case may be, I would like to categorically state that my confidence in the people I was dealing with, was now waning fast. To add insult to injury I called and couldn't reach the store manager, and i was transferred to some guy apparently his an "Assistant Manager" and today its the 4th June 2013, and still havent received or gotten any feedback, so what does this say about Truworths? All in all, this was by far the worst representation of your brand, Theres nothing True about this store
