No help and excuses all round

I just had 20 min of my Sunday wasted at your sandton store. My wife and I have different surnames (she has kept her maiden name), she has signing power on all my accounts and I presented her copy of my cheque card issues with her name and was declined for use at teller. I had both daughters my wife was in parking lot and the manager refused to help due to apparent policy. The problem with the bank in this case FNB as they issue cards as per the card holders name which in this unusual case is my wife's maiden name as mentioned. I made unessesay trip to ATM to draw funds and pay in cash. Upon returning to store confronting manager as wanting his picture with name tag he refused causing a further scene and hid from photo instead of being open and transparent as the manager I find disgusting and terrible representation on the checkers brand and experience.
