Poor Service and Insulting a client

My wife went to Game Store in Mall @Reds and bought a few items there, when she came to the till she gave the teller her Credit card and the card reader failed to read it so she gave them her Saving card and the same issue happened., the store manager assisted and my wife used her Discovery FNB card that we know has funds and is active incase there might be something wrong with the 2 previous cards, and it failed again, the store manager replied rudely and insulted my wife by telling her all her cards is declined and that her Card swiping machines is nothing wrong with. My wife was not in the mood to argue and upset herself because of this person, she walked out and went to Pick and Pay in the Mall and she used the 1st Credit card that Game has said was declined and it worked perfect the 1st time, I am sorry but this is unacceptable because this is the 2nd time that we had issues with this store, the Manager is rude, unhelpful and insulting to the clients, and that store is always out of stock, and when they say they will call you when stock arrives they never Honor there arrangements, i will not buy there anymore and i will notify my friends and family about this store
