For many years, I withdraw money from the Elarduspark Pick and Pay, not once did me or my wife experience a problem. Always great service in all aspects.
For the last 14 months, we are visiting the Erasmusrand Pick and Pay as well. We could not withdraw cash at the till once in this time. And every time there is a different excuse why they cannot assit the client.
Today I requested R150. The teller attempted to do it at first. The first excuse was Nedbank. So luckaly I took out my Standardbank card. After calling the one of the managers, the excused change to they have problems with the new system. When requested when the new system was installed, the answer was 4 / 5 months ago. Not 14 months.
The second and third manager joined, the lady quickly saw the Standard bank card and changed the excuse to Standard bank cards are presented to them as credit cards, and not debit cards. So this excuse did not explain why they cannot help me or my wife with our FNB cheque cards.
Then the excuse changed to clearing out the tills every hour. Query why not supplying R150.
The excuse then changed to a familily stores do not have the same system as a corporate store.
Pathetic service.
