Hillarious servive by the manager herself

Wow! What a horrible service, since 11:48 waiting for a staff member to go get Pampers diapers size 3 from the store room until 13:10 where I decided to go see the branch manager. To my surprise the manager herself doest know what a customer is. Firstly she didn't notive I have been waiting long, she didn't show any symphathy or remorse. Whay does it have to take this long, all she could tell me was that I asked the wrong staff memebr to assist me. She had no sense of agency, I have never in my life came across such an incompetant manager ever. I had to complain & then teach her how to handle an upset client because all she did was to defend herself. Like I care who's wrong and what not, please teach her customer service & more especially CPA. This is unacceptable, the service is hillarious. Staff should stay behind & sort the stock out when the shop closes, whats the use of opening the shop with empty isles? This was supposed to be overlooked by the manager but she's too busy playing solitaire to realise that customers are returning home because she doesn't know her job. Get a well qualified manager, I want to see the same service I get at Randburg.
