Bad service

Went into an Cradlestone stone to return an item I received for Christmas, went to the till to find one cashier talking on the phone who had all the time in the world, when she did assist me she called for the supervisor who was "chatting" to another lady in the store. The cashier called for the supervisor three times in which she just ignored her and carried on with her conversation on the four call I then asked if she was going to assist us or if I need to find a manager. She come over to assist then but had an attitude. Not acceptable to wait so long for a supervised and then for her to assist with an attitude! The other two ladies that where standing there who also required assistance agreed with me the service was pathetic and not acceptable!
