Useless

We went to Menlyn's @Home on the 29th of December 2013. The shop wasn't too busy, but 3 people at the till was helping 1 client wrapping her stuff. As there were other clients waiting in the queue, I thought they'd let 1 carry on and help the others. After 15 minutes of waiting I went to the electronic service rating board and gave it a "bad service" all round. Still no service. Useless.
So decided this past weekend to go to Parkview's @Home. Asked the lady at the wedding registry counter that we'd like to open a registry. Her excuse was that the scanner doesn't work. I asked her what their plan B is in a situation like this. As I only received a stare of amazement, we asked for the manager, and even he had the same reaction. We asked for a piece of paper and pen to write down the codes manually.
The manager never tried to help or assist. This is bad service.
C'mon @Home. Pull up those socks. Kick some life in your staff. Teach them to think outside the box and start working. You're losing clients this way.
