Bad Attitude from a "Legit" Manage

I bought a neck piece from Legit (westgate) on the 25/06 today I went to the branch in Jabulane for an exchange as I didn't like it anymore. I spoke to the Manager there who was extremely rude saying they can't exchange it I must go to Westgate. When I told her the store exchange policy on the receipt doesn't state that, she said there is nothing I can do I can lodge a complain about her she did not have a name tag on she just said I must say its the manager but eventually said she was Hopolang and she also said she does not have a surname. Please teach your staff and manager good manners!!! I demand an apology from "HER" and the Regional Manager "Nadine"
