Poor customer care

My friend and I made a widrawal at the Shoprite Money Market and proceeded inside to do some shopping. We got to the till and the cashier had no change. She requested that we wait on the side and then request change from the manager referred to as Princey. Who then went to the money market and had no sense of egency for someone who had paying customers waiting. He was gone for what felt like 10 minutes. we could see him busy intertaining ladies in the money market tills. When he very slowly makes his way back eventually strolling he hands the teller the money and doenst apologies for keeping us waiting for that long. Which is absolutely unacceptable especially for the manager who should be setting example fo the junior staff. WE FOUND THE LEVEL OF SERVICE/ CUSTOMER CARE AT SHOPRITE VERY POOR AND UNACCEPTABLE FOR SUCH A BIG BRAND.
