So rude and attitude

I went to pep cell this morning in Golden Acre, the was a black cashier who was having a tea party at the till with her friend, I requested an assistance and she came to me after some time. I asked her about the cellphones that are in stock and she just told me with the attitude that she only do have some few and she left me hanging, I decided to go to another cell phone shop (Vodacom) but they were closed and I decided to go back to pep shop. I ask again the lady to assist me and she shouted at me and I ask her why she give me the attitude, she replied "I can tell the manager that "I told her that I want to buy the cellphone cash, she just ignore me.please assist because that kind of service is horrible and not acceptable.
