DISRESPECTFUL

Disgusting service received from Jet Promenade. My mom was waiting to be assisted at the till, and the cashiers were talking and not assisting her in any way. This all while the supervisor is also very much standing there. My mom said to this cashier can she now assist her and she gave some story and then said the system is slow, my mom said to her no you were chatting, her response was well the system is slow and she cannot make it go any faster. My mom then asked her what's her name, and while my mom was writing her name she said to my mom, no, no need to write down my name it's on the slip. Even when my mom was leaving, she shouted don't forget my name is on the slip. This is called mocking and disrespecting your customers. It's plain and simple rude, and all this while the supervisor is standing right there, she herself did not say anything. Is she even worthy of being called a supervisor? What makes her one? The cashier's name on the slip is Unathi Dlaka but the name that was on her name badge said 'Nosimela'

I would like urgent feedback on this please, or I will escalate it to higher management
