Bad service and attitude

Went into the store only to find there in two ladies that can be seen, when I asked for assistance the one lady replied she is busy I must wait! When she did come to help me I asked her to look if she had more expresso cups at the back she said she doesn't have time to look and if I want it I must take that one! What must I do with one expresso cup? I proceeded to the till and wait for about another 10 - 15 min with no service, leaving the items I had behind!
