Maintenace? or bad attitude?

I have been to edgars at festival mall yesterday to have a statement printed with my adress on in order to prove my residence at the bank. But after standing in the quee for an endless time (because there is only on person working at the customer service counter) she simply said the printer is not working. Go to Jet or CNA. I went to the same edgars 2 Months ago to get a statement because I wanted to check my spending< and the same lady informed me that the printer is not working. They have recently renovated the edgars and it looks stunning but when are you going to see to the printer?
