I am very disappointed in your poor service that I had received by your staff yesterday Friday 27th Dec2013. I had come back to the store to return a pair of shoes of which was 2 different sizes... one shoe being an 8 and the other a 6. The lady at the counter, Marahldia shouted over me for another staff member Ryan I think was his name, to come and assist, they had a conversation about it then he fetched another pair then they had another conversation amongst each other and upon him walking away I had thanked him. When the abovementioned lady was done doing the exchange, she proceeded to tell me I can now put my shoes back into the bag. I was so taken aback at this too, is that not her job. When all was done I thanked her and left. NOBODY BOTHERED TO APOLOGISE TO ME, even after I thanked them both and then also told to put the shoes back into the bag myself too... WoW... what shocking service...
