47 days and counting without a phone

On the 15th of November 2013, I took my Tablet, which by the way was insured, in for repairs at Edgar's. I was told that it would take at least 5 days to fix my tablet. Weeks later, haven't heard anything from Edgar's I went in store on the 17th of December 2013 to do a follow up. To my surprise the phone hadn't even been taken I. For repairs, I was told that the problem was because tablets are not usually insured. When I told them this was not in anyway my fault because they shouldn't have sold me the insurance in the first place, they kept on passing the buck telling me about a third party insurance I had never heard about. Even after this ordeal it was only after I took to a social network that anything attention was given to my case, for about a day. Almost two weeks later and no feed back has been given to me about this matter. The store, anger was of no help at all norther where the call centre consultants. Everybody just passes the buck. I still have to pay for this phone as well as it's insurance by the way. I've now been sitting without a phone for 47 days and no one is willing to give me any answers or any help.
