After a short waiting period my new Bedroom suite was supposed to be delivered on Monday 23 December. When the goods arrived there were problems in assembling the bed and everything except for the mattress had to be returned. I also learned that the pedestals could not be delivered due to the fact that they were damaged. Rouell Anderson of the Clearwater Mall on the Westrand in Gauteng, jumped into action. On the 24th of December at 13:00 my goods were delivered. All in good condition and assembled without a problem. How did Rouell get that to happen? She arranged for an independent delivering company to deliver my goods (Coricraft covered the costs thereof). Furthermore, the pedestals that were damaged could only be replaced in May 2014 and because she knew I had to have them, she arranged for similar pedestals to be delivered (slightly more in price but again Coricraft covered the costs thereof). So although I was very willing to put a bad report on this site for the non delivery of my goods on Monday, I changed my mind and decided to put a good report on here so that Rouell can be acknowledged for her effort to keep a customer happy. Thank you Rouell and Coricraft!
