I fetched a lay-bye from abovementioned branch (xmas gifts for my kids) on 18.12.13. I hid the bags from my kids and upon wrapping on 23.12.13 I discovered 3 items not included totaling R150. I tried reporting and getting assistance on 24.12.13 from the said store, but was blatantly ignored by management after several attempts from Gaynor to get the manager to see to me! After almost 30 min I decided to just walk out as my toddler of 19mths started getting crabby! I am fuming, as yes I know that its the silly and busy season, but I was sickened by the level of management quality also being questioned why it took me so long to report???
