Good day, I would like to report an incident I had with one of, I'm not sure if she is a pharmacist or pharmacist assistant. This is not the first time she has been rude to me. I don't know her name but this incident happened on boxing day. I went to purchase adco sinal. I understand that there are rules and regulations especially with the purchase of codene. when I asked for the adco sinal, this lady first of all did not greet me and yet I greeted her, she looked at me and said what do I do with the adco sinal. because according to her i was there 2days ago and she assisted. I was not there and the last time she assisted me was 2 weeks ago. if she had a a concern with me purchasing me too many, of a certain medications, there is a way of speaking to people, and a correct tone. Whenever she assists me she is rude and seems irritated. When I left I felt so embarrassed, there were other customers at the dispensary.
