So I bought some stuff from Mr Price online on Wednesday (18/05/2013), paid for it directly online as I didn't want to waste time doing an eft. My order is still showing as submitted & the debit is still pending on my account. My bank even sent a confirmation text to say payment has been made. I sent an email On Monday (23/02/2013), only response I got was "Your request (#54334) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff", sent another email & still no response. Then I called the customer care call center & the lady that answered was very helpful however I've sent her two emails as well & there was no response. I'm on the verge of canceling my order. Extremely bad service. What's the use of having a shopping cart feature online if it does NOT work plus this misleads us as consumers. Had I known that I would have to follow up on my Christmas order I wouldn't of purchased from them. What a waste if time & energy.
