Great service and extremely helpful!

I ordered a few items online from the Mr Price store on a Saturday, but due to some glitch I ended up placing the same order twice. I emailed my problem through to customer care and the following day, on a Sunday, got a reply from Courtney Hutchinson that she looked at the order online and will see if the couriers could cancel the one. Long story short: this lady was incredibly helpful and in a matter of three days I got my parcel, my other mistake was cancelled and no money was taken from my account for the second order. Courtney kept me updated the whole time and I am so grateful to her for her great attitude and help. If only there could be more people in the retail business as helpful and professional as Courtney! She really is an asset to the Mr Price team and I would gladly order from Mr Price any day! Thanks again!
