I BOUGHT A PVR AT OK FUNITURE AND SUPPLIED MY BANKING DETAILS. MY MONTHLY PAYMENT IS R125.00. WICH I CANNOT GO AND PAY EVERY MONTH. AFTER A 3 MONTHS I GOT A CALL FORM A VERY RUDE PEROSN SAYING MY ACCOUNT IS IN ARREARS I COULD NOT UDERSTAND I PAID THE ARREARS AAND SUPPLY THEM WITH MY BANKING DEATILS AGAIN . MY ACCOUNT WENT IN TO ARREARS AAGIN A VERY RUDE LADY CALLED ME AGAIN I TRIED TO EXPLAIN TO HER SHE DID NOT LISTEN I GAVE MY BANKING DETAILS AGAIN. SUNDAY 22/12/2014 A LEAGL TEAM WAS AT MY HOUS DEMANDING A R500.00. I AGVE IT TO THEM I AM DISGUSTED AS TO THE WAY I WAS TREATED AND HUMILIATED. WHO'S FAULT IS THIS? MINE I DONT THINK SO. MY SISTER ALSO WANTED TO BUY A PVR AT OK. I ADVISED HER AGAINST THAT . I HAVE TOLD MY FRIENDS AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I AM WORKING WITH (WESBANK) NOT TO EVER TO BUSINESS WITH OK. THEY ARE RUDE LAZY, AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!!
