I opened this account November 01 2012, 1st payment was going off 27/11/2012 as i provided my banking details I was informed money will be deucted. Now i just received a call from a rude call centre that my account is in arrears how is that possible when you deduct from my own account yourselves and not even a single month dont you receive your money. This is quite strange cause from last year calls i get where that my account is paid up now all of a sudden its in arrears, whose fault is this why will I provide my banking details but i still need to go to the store and make payments. I instructed russells to deduct 27/11 and there after 27 of each month. Can this be sorted alternatively please go take your goods and will deal with another supplier cause i really did not sign for this abuse from your consultants hence i make sure you receive your money monthly. Please follow up with your accounts department and inform me what happend all of a sudden now my account is in arrears...
