I bought bedding set from HOMECHOICE and provided them with my banking details for them to deduct straight from my bank account. Now i receive a letter from them saying that my account is in 2 months arrears which i don't understand how this happened. I called them to enquire on this they told me that my banking details were not captured on their system. And my question is how? Where is the call recording where i gave my banking details?
They claim that they tried contacting me and my phone is always on voicemail. What is that have to do with anything? I provided them with my email address. The call is there why can't they go back to the call and listen to what I said on that call. Why must I pay for something that is not my fault?
