Humiliation

I have bought a pvr decorder at ok finiture. I gave them my banking details as i cannot go and pay every month a R125.00 . tehy never did deduct my account. I went to pay the amount in cash and gave them my banking details again . still no payment was deducted. I tried to explain to teh lady that called me from teh legal department. she was so rude and disrespectful. As i always have money in my account, THey (OK) send somene to my house, demanding a R500.00 . which was demeaning. I felt so humiliated and on top of it all still today no oen is interested in helping me. My sister wanted to also buy a PVR i told her never to do business with OK as they are unprofessional and rude.
