ONE FULL MONTH AND STILL WAITING FOR REFUND

I am still waiting for my refund which was promised to me a month ago and I don't understand why its taking so long? From day one i have received bad service from the south gate branch and now Head Office is also taking its time. Im told Victor is the one handling my case but he's definitely not because I still haven't received my money. First i got the wrong tv then i was told story after story about it now the company wont give me my money back which I diligently paid on time every month. What a pathetic way to reward a loyal customer. i'm so disappointed in this company. Every week i'm told it will be ready in a few days. Has the money been Victor? Handle this efficiently and quickly like a professional human beings. This is such terrible service.
