I bought the car at Hyundai the Glen and pick it up on July 19, 2013 after signing necessary documents. Little did I know that the car hasn't been taken to road worthy test (RWT). I was told that license Disc will be ready in a week or so. Two weeks later when I enquired about the license Disc. I was told by Victor that it should be ready anytime. When I decided to visit the company to understand what was going, Victor told me that he can't get it due to the fact that the car has been taken to road worthy test which he promised to sort it out urgently promising to come and get the car from me and take it himself to RWT. Time passed and this never took place. When I requested progress from him, he told me that he is very busy and can only take the car to RWT when he is on leave which I escalated to Sale Manager. After this escalation, he kept on promising to act but nothing happened. Going back to the company, I requested that we both go to RWT and which happened on the 3rd of Sept after a long frustrating period. Only got the certificate on the 6th after chasing him again to provide the Order. I'm still waiting for warranty docs from Yvette Du Plessis after several attempts in vain
