Abysmal delivery

On more than one occasion I have received an SMS in the morning informing me that I will be receiving my package from Takealot today. However, when I phone to find out what time the only answer I have ever managed to get is anytime before 5 pm. Wonderful! I then have to take the day off and wait in my house the whole day like a prisoner. If this is not bad enough, you can imagine my frustration when the day passes and my package has still not been delivered. I then have to spend the next day, and yet more time off work, making several phone calls to try and discover when I can expect my package. THIS IS NOT A ONCE OFF INCIDENT. This happens almost every time I place an order. The latest incident has occurred today, when I was woken up at 8 am (for a package that was meant to be delivered on Friday) by a delivery man informing me that he was outside with my package only for me to run outside in my pajamas to find no one there. I then phone the driver, who as it turns out is completely lost, and give him directions. It is now after 3 pm, and after numerous phone calls I have yet to receive my package. Takelot will NEVER receive another cent from me.
