My package swapped with another person

I've been waiting a long time for delivery and now I find out that my package has been sent to someone else and his package sent to me. How can something so simple like attaching the correct way bill to a package be up??? My package is now on it's way to Simons Town so who knows how long it will take before I receive delivery of my package if at all.

Very disappointed in the standard of delivery. Surely a logistics company should make sure that all parcels are sent to the correct person?
