I made an order for two bookings before noon. I then decided to book a different format of each book. Since I paid with my credit card; I called to have the authorisation reversed as it is still pending. After cancelling it online; I called the number 0117980111. The line answered after my fifth attenpt and a lady said she will refund me in a form of a voucher and I can just do a part payment. That was more than 90 minutes ago and I told her it is urgent. Now calling the same number is useless as it is not answered. Please assist as I need to get this done today.

I am still waiting for an email response for my other previous complain being dealt by Antoinette Tobias. I am just not too sure why she is not responding to my emails. Exclusive books is giving nothing but headeche of late.
