No Delivery and late notice from stromill warehous

Hi,

To make a long story short our coffee table went in for repairs after it had cracked. Coricraft was very quick to come and collect the table so thumbs up there.

no that the table is fixed, we keep phoning and trying to arrange a drop off date and time, My wife and I work from 8 to 5 so the week is not possible.

I phone twice now in advance (5 working days) to arrange a Saturday between 9-12 and both times its the same story, they will sms the day before what time it will be delivered. so the 1st time sms came through Friday night the table will be dropped between :1500-17:00 after we asked for a different time slot. 2nd time we only received the sms the following Monday.

Each time I fined I find my self phoning them back to tell the we asked for 9-12 and then have to cancel.

To add to all this we phoned today to try 3rd time (3rd time lucky) for this Saturday 18th, and the lady checks the system and it shows the table has now been delivered. but we have no table.

I have all the necessary ref numbers and order umbers.

please can this be sorted out.
