Manager stands & watches as PNP truck cuts in fron

On Saturday at around 12 midday I was travelling down Hospital Road Brakpan North (past PNP Sherwood) I notice a PNP truck starting to move towards the load area of PNP (truck was driving in a park a part of which has been taken over by PNP suppliers trucks) he (the driver) clearly saw me and started to accelerate and cut right in front of me blocking the entire road while the store manager stood and showed driver where to park ignoring the fact that driver had cut in front of oncoming traffic. Had i not noticed this truck approaching it might have been a serious accident. The sad part is that the Manager stood there and did nothing the truck reg number was BB 37PV GP (A Unitrans truck) I called Unitrans but a given number rings to no answer. I believe the owner of this store needs to look at what is happening outside his load area as trucks have taken over a park and it is unsafe to walk there or even drive past as trucks double park or cut across road or just pull in front of oncoming traffic further the grass has also been killed by these trucks resulting mud and dust.

Surely this section must be controlled by PNP or they should change there load area.
