Checkers Truck went against oncoming traffic

Hi,

I was on the highway last night aprox 15km before the Carousel plaza (coming from Bela Bela).

There was major traffic and many cars were using the emergency lane and in addition the grass in the middle of the highway to beat the traffic. Eventually some people even decided to cut across the grass and go against oncoming traffic on the opposite side of the highway. A Checkers truck followed suite and went in the opposite emergency lane going against oncoming traffic. I demand that this driver has severe consequences

I didn't manage to see the registration plate but it was at aprox 19:25 and it was aprox 15 km before the Carousel plaza toll gate. I'm sure that the trucks have vehicle tracking and you can find out who it was...

Please let me know what will be done?

In addition, I called head office today who gave me the number of the transport dept. I called 3 times and asked for a manager but there no answer either time
