I won a DSTV hamper a month ago in Brits-Shoprite during one of your road shows for Shield. I was given the decoder and promised by your rep that your office will be in contact with me within 7 working days. That 7 working days has turned into 2 months now. Was it a or what or you do not care or you overloaded with prizes? When am I getting my satellite to be connected my kids cannot wait to watch DSTV as the one that I have is in Limpopo. I logged a complaint on your website and only to discover that my query will be dealt with in January 2014 and that is not fair. I would really appreciate it if I can get the final prize to what I have won as a matter of urgency.
