Paying airtime for installation

My Father bought Dstv through Barnetts on 13/12/2013 friday and the lady that was assisting my dad was very professional but the least can be said by the installer. The guy by the name of Vicky he just installed the dish and left the decoder without working. Taking advantage of my dad kindness four days later the dstv was not playing he ordered my dad to buy him R30 airtym which he did but still the things was not working. Only five days later he realises he was suppose to give us a serial number as we tried numberous time to contact dstv and make payment. The stupid left my family without anything to watch...

please call me urgently as am dissapointed in your installer or call my dad at 0843883142
