Unfair treatment of customers, BAD ATTITUDE

Josi jooste of the customer service dep t in the Westage Branch- is illmannered against customers, and displays Gross insubordination to his peers and superiors infront of clients. Heneeds to be taught professionalism, needs a serious lesson in customer service and management. He was rude and not inerested in listerning to my insatisfaction. He even told me that he would not listern to me and 'i must behave' When his supervisor told him not to answer he shunned me off and refused to serve me as a cliet
