I went to the store on the 1/12/2013 around 13h43 to make some purchases and the guy at the till point rang my anti virus and when i walked out the door alarm went on, the security guard stopped me, checked in my shopping plastic went back in the store deactivated the product and gave it back to me, well i thought there shold be a reason why they didnot deactivate the item?? an apology maybe?? This makes a citizen look bad and should be respected as a customer, it is therefore the stores duty to ensure their people are well equipped to serve customers as one cannot bear the embarrassement and time wasted in awaiting the security to investigate your receipt and your plastic bag, i find this very unacceptable and irritating... In retail now we focus on customer retention not this.
