I have been waiting for over two months

Wha happened to my goods? I purchased a set of three mattress protectors when they went on sale three months ago and paid by cash but till today I haven't received, my order all I've been given are excuses. When am I going to get my goods or can I get a full refund then?? This is disgusting really!!!
