I am absolutely appaled by your service!! I ordered something over a month ago and have been tracking its progress the whole way. It said it should arrive today and when I phoned to follow up I got someone who said that it hasn't arrived yet and they have no idea why...??? When I asked them to follow up they said they don't know where the item is and offered me an idea that maybe the item is out of stock or possibly discontinued. Now if this is the case then why did they let me buy it and then let me follow its progress when it might not even be available!!! Since being promised that the matter will be followed up..I am still waiting for any more information. Absolutely devestated that I might not ever receive this item and that I received such poor service from a company that I used to rely on:--(
