Incorrect price on item

Bought a folding door at (Game Galleria) today and the item was incorrectly priced, item was priced as R399 only to find out at the till point it was R499.Firstly cashier by the name of (Patience Ndwandwe) was very unhelpful and she was insisting that i must sign the sales docket that had an incorrect price, telling me that she was rushing to her lunch break. I requested to call someone superior to her, she called in (Bongiwe Mkholise) who was very unfriendly as if came to rob her company, she turned around saying the item was R499 but the price wasn't changed, and wasn't getting any joy from her and asked her further refer me.

She refered me to a an african guy by the name of Noel Mabaso (Floor Manager) who was even worse that his staff. Instead of rectifying the problem caused by his staff members, he ended up educating me about manners and stories that i wasn't interested with.

I suggest that you must send that guy for customer service training as he doesn't have skills of managing your sales floor. He should be apologising for mistakes caused by his staff, instead he was so unproffessional screeming at me infront of his staff nd customers, he's nt the right calibre to hv in an organisatio
