Pricing incorrect

Went to the store to pay my account and as I walk there's a beautiful grater on their display and I ask for the price, of which Katlego says its R110 and when I get to the till it happens to be twice the price at R210, for someone who's on the floor should not assume but have the correct details or rather scan the item before giving out incorrect information.
After all that I was calm and left the store without that purchase but more sadly when I told her never to repeat such, she told me not to worry because customers understand that mistakes happen, like she was not fazed by what she had done.if she's new then training wasn't done, because she wasn't rude but just the way she carried herself.
