Mirrors are cheap quality

I bought a 1000mm x 850mm mirror in late last year and about two days ago the mirrors beedings came loose and the glass fell and it almost fell on my little girl. I therefore want to bring it to your attention that the quality of those mirrors are poor and that it's a big health and safety risk. I am not impressed about what happened as I called the store today and the manager Siya picked up the phone and sounds like he can't even resolve this matter as he did not even ask me much information regarding the mirror and just said that the store manager will call me. I personally feel we as customers needs to be valued and must feel like someone actually care about the customer experience as we need our customers in order to maintain our business. I feel that service at the KC branch is poor as this is not the first time I complaint about an issue and people are either passing the buck or make excuses in order not to deal with a issue.
