Pima Glass, Croocks with BAD attitudes!!!

I have ordered 3m2 mirror from Prima glass to be cut up in strips, Zinobia Salie took my order per our telecom and I couldn't have been more clear with my order to her, she mailed me a quote with the qty strips that I would get... now I have not worked out the amount of mirror strips I would get but only the size of the mirror I would need (3m2). When I collected the strips I did raise a concern that it was not all the strips I have ordered and I got home doing the project. I phoned Zinobia Salie Monday morning and told her that I have not received all of the 3m2 mirror and where is the rest... she told me per telecom that on her system it says that 3m2 was given to me in strips but it was NOT!!! As I explained its not possible and they still own me mirrors she told me (the client) that I'm now irritating her and need to speak to someone else and so I did... no one helped me. I called back then after a huge scene I made she told me "No the system have only counted 0.3m2 and that's what I payed for... now I still don't believe her. I asked her if I can speak to her superior she just said that she is the highest person I will get to. Never the less I was treated like!!!
