Stick to delivery dates

I ordered some gifts online from Kalahari ensuring that they were available for delivery within 7 days. Now I get an e-mail (not even a call) to say that it isn't available and I must wait for 17 days more than the original 7. This is ridiculous! Give me back my money so I can go to someone more reliable!
