Bad service - Still waiting for feedback

This is a follow up on my previous complaint about Kalahari.
I have placed an order on 23/11/2013 with parcel number b1000854351.
The parcel should've been couriered.
On 03/12/2013 I emailed them to ask, why I still haven't received my parcel.
The feedback I received was that I will receive my parcel 09/12/2013.
On 16/12/2013 I emailed again to ask what is going on, because I am still waiting.
On 17/12/2013 I've received an email stating a refund of the parcel.
I did phone Kalahari, and said that if I don't receive it soon, I will insist in a refund.
Sara's feedback was that I asked for a refund on 12/12/2013. If so, then why am I still waiting?
I did receive my second parcel, a1000854351, but in a bad condition.
Now I want to speak to a manager, and I insist in compensation for my effort and time, and of the very bad service.
