I have never received such revolting service

On Friday I applied for a loan to pay a deposit and first month rent for an apartment. Forms were completed and signed and I was told that my application had been approved. This being my second loan with the bank I expected it would run smoothly. Little did I know I'd get the worst experience ever. The consultant needed my proof of residence and asked that I get one and mail it to her and call her once I've done so. I do so and call her and she is nowhere to be found. I am told to leave a message and she will call me back. Nothing! Later I call back to find she has left. I call again the next day and I'm told she's busy. I must leave my details and she will call me. Again, no call! I continue trying til the bank closes. Now, Monday, the day to pay my deposit, I call her and finally get through but she tells me I must come into the bank to sign some document I had not signed. I leave work and head straight to her. Sign and she promises to have it all sorted out. She said it would be all done an hour from then. 2 hours later I call Head office to find that no application was ever sent in. I'm so frustrated and upset. I missed the payment all because of this lady's incompetance
