8ta does not care!!!

After 2 years of trying to get my wifes 8ta e-mail to work with no sucess, we decided to visit the 8ta store in Canal Walk again. We were greeted by Graig Johnson (suposably the 3G guru) and asked to explain. He tried with no sucess and made us sit for an hour with no feedback. I asked twice what is the situation but was ruedly ignored. He then left us sitting and went to the back and got on the phone. He returned still on the phone and left again. On his last return he told us to phone the 8ta help desk tomorrow and they will sort it out. I got upset and told him that I have spend 2 Sundays with the help line, one evening in the store and now again in the store, just to be told we need to phone the help line tomorrow. He then got upset with me, said to us "well my time is over and I am going home" leaving us high and dry with no solution. He also upon explaining to him what our problem is, advised us to rather use a G-mail account instead of an 8ta e-mail account. How does somone in an 8ta store promote other services but their own. This is really a bad 2 years and I can not say anything possitive about 8ta. Absolutely disgracefull!!!
