This is th e third time that I get pathetic service feom this dealership. I needed to drop my car off to get park lights fixed. I was the second to arrive, reason being I wanted to be amongst the first to be dropped off. People who came after me, left before me. I then then asked why am I not being dropped off, the guy at the desk told me that he doesnt work there and was just helping out. And that surely shouldnt be my problem since I am a costomer. why put him there if he cant solve problems. He then told me that the driver was just filling up the car and was going to drop me off, and that was a because the reson I moved from the waiting area was because I saw him leave with another client.
He referred me to a lady Jenny who called the driver and the driver said he was just dropping off a customer at Athol and he was on his way back. She then told me that he will take me when he get back in five minutes. When he arrived, he had three other passangers to drop off and that meant we all wanted to be at work and created fughting and me called names because I needed to be drooped off first. Jenny could have taken responsibility and give i struction as to how to handle this issu.
